岗位描述:
此岗位负责对财务报告、分析和计划工作的监管和统筹。包括每月月结的报告审核，复核财务报表，复核年度预算编制，负责月度预测和对中奥集团的管理层的分析报告。

职责与衡量标准:
1.批准US GAAP调整分录和每月月结数据的汇报。
2.对每月的损益情况进行总结和分析。
3.对CAR作出总体的合理分析，并核对与预算的变化情况
4.完成并分析相关的重组项目．
5．负责年度预算的编制．并分析实际与预算的差异。
6.特别的项目.
7.贯彻公司的环境，健康与安全政策.
8.遵守UTC的SP001-SP012标准。

主要工作关系: （特指业务相关部门）
1. 同财务分析员一起与整个公司的财务及营运部门紧密合作，并为公司的财务分析报告制定合适的流程。

资质要求:
? 学历：本科以上学历，财务会计专业毕业
? 工作经验：五年以上相关工作经历以及两年以上管理经历
? 语言能力：普通话及流利的英语
? 计算机水平：OFFICE, 操作熟练
? 其它主要资质： 领导能力，沟通能力，城市，领悟力强．工作努力．

其他主要资格：良好的分析能力，良好的领导能力，可以同时跟踪多个任务。在任务时间紧张的情况下依然能够保持高的准确率。
Job Description
Department: Finance Planning, Analysis & Reporting
Position Title: Financial Planning & Analyst manager
Position Grade:

Position Specification:
This position will participate financial reporting, analyzing and planning activities. These activities include performing monthly closing, preparing consolidated financial statements, annual business plans, monthly forecasts and analytical packages for OCL management

Basic Accountabilities:
? Prepare US GAAP adjustment entries and support monthly closing activities.
? Upload the monthly results of all operation units for the consolidated P&L statements.
? Coordinate and monitor the Capital Appropriations Request Process.
? Perform the analysis and reports related to the restructure programs.
? Assist the annual planning process.
? Special ad hoc projects
? Follow EH&S policy of the company
? Follow UTC SP001-SP012 policy

Key Measurements:
? Timely delivery of monthly Hyperion report package and other UTC/OTIS financial analysis reports
? Provide high quality analysis reports in assisting decision making by company management
? Ensure CAR/LAR are properly approved with adequate justifications.
? Follow all company policies including EH&S policy

Principle Working Relations:
? Interact with finance and operating management throughout the company

Qualification Requirement:
? Education: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
? Experience: 2-4 years related works experience
? Language: Effective written and oral communication in English
? Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; Working knowledge of Access is preferred.
Other Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and follow up. Ability to work within a tight timeframe, meet deadlines, and still maintain accuracy.
