职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be responsible for IPQC and OQC employee management;
2. Be responsible for process and outgoing inspection working instruction edit
3. To solve quality problem in process
4. To cooperate with production engineer and quality manager to solve problem.
5. Be responsible for customer's complaint improvement and 8D report
6. To take part in internal audit
7. To take part in new project
8. To take part in continuous improvement
9. To take part in MRB
10. To edit weekly quality report for process and outgoing.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. College or higher degree, Major in Mechanical Electronic engineering,
2. Experience of quality management in foreign enterprise more than2 years
3. Being good at the processing social interaction
4. Strong personal computer skills e.g. Outlook express, Microsoft software
5. Using the tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
6. Being familiar with ISO9001/QS9000/TS16949.
7. A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
8. Strong execution capability, is able to work independently
9. Team work spirit
10. Good at learning and innovation
