职位描述：
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Support accounting manager to uphold and maintain established financial policies and ensure smooth month end closing. Keeps up-to-date with key business changes and process/technical trends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Take lead of month end closing process and improvement;
   a) Monitor month end closing steps to meet tight deadline requirement;
   b) In charge of Balance Sheet Reconciliation and work with various parties for deviation resolution;
   c) Responsible for inventory accounting;
   d) Take initiative to solve the accounting problems and issues.
2) Prepare and review department expense report to find improvement area;
3) Assist finance manager to on day to day work such as tax, general ledger works when needed;
4) Improves formalized standards and procedures using new technologies;
5) Takes steps to develop business relationships anticipating the business future needs, and assist in business process improvement initiative;
6) Understands the key fundamentals that drive the business results success of the organization and its customers;
7) Work with auditors, both internal and external, for US reporting, local reporting

Requirement:
1) B.S. Degree in Accounting or Auditing
2) 5-7 years of accounting or finance experience
3) financial system experience, Sage ERP is plus
4) Strong understanding of PRC GAAP and US GAAP.
5) Possess strong analytical and organization skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
6) Possess a solid accounting background, an aptitude for information systems and willing to focus on details. 举报 分享
