职位描述：
工作内容：
1根据公司培训计划，开发销售、产品培训课程，编制相关培训教材与培训教案；
2 开展公司营业产品培训、销售课程的培训；
3 协助总部做好合规培训
4 协助部门做好行业资格证考试辅导培训
5 酒会主持人，包装产品
6 组织建立培训记录，交流并总结培训实践经验，评估培训效果，并管理员工培训档案
7.完成上级交办的其他任务
任职要求：
1.熟悉各累金融产品的构成、尤其是理财、基金。
2.具有较强的语言表达、沟通能力、分析教案、培训能力和较强的学习能力
3.团队协作能力强，有极强的责任感
4.擅长制作PPT；熟练运用word、EXCEL等软件 举报 分享
