岗位职责和权限
Job Responsibilities and Authorities

– 整理和完善销售文档，及时更新
Collect and update documents of sales

– 集团内客户销售工作的展开：
Daily Customer Service
1) 订单的确认
Confirm the customer order
2) 预测的更新
Update the forecast
3) 内部生产协调以及发货的协调
Internal coordination of production and delivery
4) 发货跟踪
Follow up delivery
5) 开票申请，收款跟踪
Application to issue invoice and follow up payment

– 国产化支持（支持质量部）
Support production localization ( quality department )

– 新项目的内部协调
Internal coordination of new project

– Movex系统的输入工作
Movex work

– 物流：进口、通关、出口、发货等
Logistics: import, export, delivery, transportation, custom-clearance and so on

– 支持市场部工作，项目上的相关事宜
Support Marketing and projects

– 集团内供应商的管理(及时到货率，超额运费等)
Manage of the suppliers (Delivery on time rate, extra shipping cost, etc)

– 生产所需零部件，辅料，设备（固定资产）等的日常采购
Normal purchasing work for components, production materials, equipments (fix assets)

– 支持集团总部的相关采购策略（包括降成本、PPM等目标）。
Support group purchasing strategy (including cost saving, PPM, etc targets).

– Movex系统采购模块的应用和操作
Operations for purchasing in Movex system

– 支持采购件索赔事宜的处理
Support the complains to the supplier


岗位资格
Job Qualification

– 学历: 大专以上学历
Education: College Degree or above

– 工作经验: 3~5年，汽车行业从业经验优先考虑
Experience: 3+ years work experiences, work in automotive industry is a priority.

– 外语水平: 良好的英文读写听说能力,会第三方语言者优先
Foreign language skills: Good spoken, read and write – English , other languages - advantage

– 计算机水平: 熟练运用OFFICE软件
Computer skills: Familiar with OFFICE software

– 其他技能: 外向,乐观,良好的组织能力,能够在有压力的情况下工作
Other skills: Customer oriented (service) / Organized / Ability to function in stressed conditions. 举报 分享
