Basic Purpose and Objective of the position:
This position will be responsible to conduct services and build relations to all cast members who living in the cast dormitory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- 每日对客户服务反馈,评价及监督的跟进。履行上级经理在运营区域分配的额外工作和责任
Day to day follow up- Guest services comments, influence and oversight. Emulates all duties and responsibilities of the AM while offering the following additional contributions to the operating area:
- 与物业管理,安保,前线演职人员,其他部门的同事沟通,作为日常运营的联系窗口。
Interfaces with Property management, security, front-line Cast Members, peers in other lines of business and serve as the point-of-contact for day-to-day operations.
- 处理冲突,解决争端,参与人力资源部门和其他与住户有交集的部门。
Engaged in conflict and dispute resolution, HR and other sensitive interactions with Residents.
- 按要求进行任务管理;与同事和合作伙伴一起有效评估现状/需求、汇总和分析调查结果,有效的沟通/策略,挖掘重要常见问题的解决方式,同时运用适当的沟通方式来完成任务目标。
Task manage as requested; work effectively with teammates and partners to assess the situation/need, compile and analyze research, outline an effective communication approach/strategy, develop key messages and FAQs, as well as use appropriate communication tactics and vehicles to achieve plan goals.
- 主动与团队保持合作,建立并实施国际化合作方式,必要时获得适当的支持/引进。
Partner with the Cast Housing team to maintain awareness of initiatives; develop and implement global engagement strategies and gain appropriate support/buy-in when needed
- 与安保、安全团队、内部传讯团队合作进行危机处理传讯工作。
Partner with Security, Safety team, internal communication team on the crisis communication.
- 管理宿舍大、小型活动及号召,例如新入住欢迎会。
Manage Housing events, activities and initiatives, such as arrivals events.
- 维护DORMS(系统)传讯模块(如有),包括传讯内容、传讯模板、传讯流程和审批要求。
Maintain DORMS communication module (if any), including content, templates, processes and approvals.
- May need to inform law enforcement, media relations and HR depending on the nature of the incidents.
必要时会需要向执法机关,媒体和人力资源阐明突发事故的性质。

- 有顾客服务运营经验及技巧
Demonstrated operational Guest service experience and Guest service skills
- 有较强的语言、写作、编辑和沟通技能
