Job Description:
Mission of Function:
- Supporting PM in project execution and establish all required procedures within project organization
Task:
- Helping PM regarding scheduling control, documentation and so on
- To take care change management or configuration management
- Ensure efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders and within project team.
- Manage customer expectations and conclude the project to the satisfaction of customer.
- To be efficient interface to working partner inside and outside Siemens.
Competencies:
- Technologies: Strong organization and coordination skill and Technical background is preferred
- Methodologies: personnel management, team development, motivation, conflict management
- Profess. Knowledge: Knowledge of intercultural communication and collaboration, Knowledge of Business Conduct Guidelines, Rules and regulations for Project Management at Siemens,
- Professional: Min. 3 years experience in project as project manager or core team member
