? Setup and administration of the customer profiles in the GT Nexus system.
在GT Nexus系统内建立和管理客户档案。
? Daily monitoring and reporting of newly submitted customer applications and change requests.
日常监测和报告客户新提出的申请和变更请求。
? EID Cards
电子身份证
o E-identity card audit and issuance process.
电子身份证的审核和发放程序。
o Timely processing of new user e-id card change requests.
及时处理新用户电子身份证变更请求。
o Maintain inventory of un-issued cards and readers. Order additional inventory as needed.
记录未发出的电子身份证和读卡器库存。根据需要订购额外的库存。
o Coordinate requests for un-issued cards with US office.
与美国公司协调未发行的电子身份证的请求。
? Prepare and send shipments using online courier service.
准备并通过网上快递服务发送货物。
? Working as a team member, sharing information and assuming responsibility to ensure all work effort are contributed to the success of the department.

? Adherence to all security guidelines and personal responsibility for all security devices assigned to you.

Experience, Skills and Job Competencies:

? 0 - 2 years of customer service experience and/or operation experience in supporting a software application.
0 - 2年的客户服务经验和/或支持软件应用程序运行的工作经验。
? Bachelor degree in any discipline.
任何学科大学学位。
? Able to master business spoken and written English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
优秀的英语和普通话 (口语及书写)。
? Detail and patience oriented, a desire to solve problems, analytical.
注重细节,具解决问题,及分析能力。
? Ability to multitask and work in a deadline/time sensitive environment.
能够处理多项任务,并在期限内或时效性环境下工作。
? Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
