岗位职责：
1.负责月度考勤审核，月度绩效核对，工资表编制。
2.负责编制及报送各项月度对内及对外报表。
3.负责福利待遇的申请及发放。
4.负责办理社保、公积金等相关手续。
5.负责员工离职、辞退、辞职、调动相关手续办理及转移。
6.负责劳动合同的签订及管理事宜。
7.负责制定并及时更新相关人事政策。
8.负责贯彻及执行人力资源管理相关政策。

任职要求：
1、专科以上学历；
2、具备1年及以上人力资源工作经验；
3、有薪酬福利、绩效管理两个或以上模块的经验；
4、优秀的沟通能力和谈判能力，团队协作能力；
5、细心、服务意识强，亲和力强；
