1. Preparation of electrical construction documents including drawings, specifications, and checklists for modular buildings in hotel, office, multifamily and residential market sectors
1、协助绘制室内装潢电气施工图，包括图纸、规范、清单
2. Design power, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunications plans including all associated details, one line diagrams, and specifications
2、协助绘制电源、照明、火灾报警、电子通信设备，包括相关细节图，系统图和规范
3. Perform photometric calculations, load calculations, and any other calculations required to support electrical design
3、光度计算、荷载计算、和其他电气设计计算
4. Installation inspection including surveying and documenting observations, photographing, and sketching
4、协助现场质量验收，包括测量，记录，拍照和草图


 Qualifications职位要求:

College above
专科以上
Excellent written and spoken English
必须具备流利的英文读写能力和简单的听说能力；
Knowledge of REVIT is a bonus
熟悉REVIT优先
Strong learning ability and good in coordination;
较强的学习以及沟通协调能力；
Details oriented, Good organization skills;
注重工作细节、组织性较强；
1-2yrs. experience with Electrical engineering design in the relevant field
1-2年电气工程设计相关领域的工作经验
