Mission:
Serviceability engineer works together with BU R&D team during new medical product development to ensure a friendly and profitable service during product service lifecycle time.
Tasks:
Serviceability engineer has following main responsibilities:
managing service project (including project planning, service tasks coordinating, resource controlling, etc.) to ensure all service tasks are fulfilled during Business Unit product development ,
defining service concept, service requirements to ensure a continuous improvement of service performance,
defining spare parts to ensure an efficient and economical service in field,
improving product serviceability ensure a service-friendly environment,
developing technical information to ensure a smooth transferring of product knowledge to regional service organizations,
supporting new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering.
Languages:
Fluent oral and written English
Experience:
Min. 2 years of field service experience on medical imaging products;
Experience of working in an International culture is preferred.
