一．工作综述（General description）

Growth of Seton’s qualified accounts. Managing a part of top accounts. Objective is to develop contracts, defined as exclusive agreements with Seton as the sole source. Responsible for achieving retention goal, while maintaining quality call expectations. Consistently demonstrating cooperation, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Position is responsible for prospecting, pre-qualification, lead generation and closing new business as well as building and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

二．工作职责（Responsibilities）

1. Responsible for a specified territory made up of qualified accounts.

负责指定区域内的大客户管理工作。

2. Develop strategies, call campaigns, etc for the managed accounts.

完成战略制定、竞标等大客户管理工作。

3. Build and maintain relationships with customers in an effort to grow the qualified accounts and develop contracts.

维护客户关系，开发新客户并争取更多订单。

4. Achieve the sales target, grow sales of qualified accounts, and seek out new business opportunities.

完成销售指标，提高大客户的销售额，不断开拓新商机。

5. Keep up to date with product and company information and guidelines.

不断跟进新产品、公司信息及相关规定。

6. Demonstrate flexibility in assignments of duties.

其他上级安排的工作。

三．所需资格条件（Qualifications）

1. Two to three years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales. 

2. Previous key accounts experience a plus.

3. Positive and optimistic can be capable of hardwork.

4. Demonstrate good teamwork.
