基本工作职责：
？ 根据相应标准放行在制品；进行外观检测和其他测量；发现问题及时跟生产部门沟通。
？ 根据相应标准放行成品；进行外观检测和其他测量；不达标的产品要求返修以及对返工的确认。
？ 形成检查报告和日志；总结返工和浪费；数据输入到数据库。
？ 保证测量设备日常维护和正常使用；
？ 保持安全和健康的工作环境，遵循的标准和程序；遵守法律法规。
？ 更新工作知识参与教育机会；阅读技术出版物。
？ 完成质量和组织的使命需要完成相关的结果。
？ 通过严格的过程和成品质量控制维持产品质量，记录产品质量结果。
？ 经理安排的其他任务。

教育和经验：
？ 大专学历
？ 有机械行业、模具行业的质检工作经验的优先
？ 熟悉机械加工行业背景和熟悉机械加工流程

技能和能力：
？ 技能（Word、Excel等文档）
？ 机械加工知识
？ 能够读懂CAD图纸
？ 分析信息和报告研究结果
？ 团队工作



Job Title: Inspector

Job Summary
This position is responsible for ：
？ In process inspection
？ Final inspection


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities：
？ Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
？ Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
？ Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
？ Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions;
？ Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
？ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
？ Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
？ Maintains quality standards by approving in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.
？ Other tasks appointed by manager

Education and Experience：
？ College degree
？ Inspector of Mechanical industry, Die industry is prefer
？ Operator of Mechanical industry & master for mechanical processing

Skills and Abilities：

？ Documentation Skills (Word, excel etc.)
