Goals/Mission
- First line of machinery responsibility for all machinery of the CN factory.
- Establish, own, maintain equipment list for own factory.
- Machinery design/construction , when needed.
- Own and prepare local machinery production basis.
- Local purchase of machinery.
- Local production of equipment.
- Responsible for local machinery approval.
- Responsibility for establishment and development of HSE issues at own factory in co-operation with the HSE department.
- Establishment, implementation and maintenance of service plans.
- Define machine service for the local maintenance shop.
- Own, maintain, distribute local IE task list.
- Local responsibility for CAD/Inventor/Mdoc.
- Responsibility for implementation of purchased machinery -n the production basis through Change Control.
- Own local machinery documentation archive.
- On the long-term, ownership of locally developed machinery.
- Make local factory layouts in co-operation with other technical departments..
Working Partners/Contacts
- Middle management and production lead in facilities, local QHSE, local technical depts., local procurement, Global Blades technology department, especially Global Industrial Engineering competence groups and relevant suppliers.
Tasks

- Machinery design/construction , when needed. On the long-term, ownership of locally developed machinery. On the long-term, ownership of locally developed machinery. Responsibility for implementation of purchased machinery in the production basis through Change Control.

- The employee is required to keep him or herself up to date regarding the quality management system and HSE procedures. This includes procedures relevant for the position, as well as to conduct the work in accordance with the demands in the QHSE systems.

Experience
- M Engineer, machinist or similar technical background or similar education, Speaking and writing English and Chinese (mandarin).
- Background from a production company, with expert level understanding of design, fuction, installation, running in and maintenance of medium complex production machinery. Easy going, and hard to stress. Fast learner, and a "do" -type of person.
