职位描述
Responsible:
1- Completes the definition of complex projects, selecting sources and monitoring results. Completes complex projects and perform project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control. Establishes and prepare technical standards, and complete complex technology design theory and procedures. Perform complex technical support to production and / or departments.
2- Responsible for managing the local Production Technology team
3- Accountable for transfer of knowhow between the local plant and the global departments
4- Responsible for plant NPI and be capable to transfer know how knowledge to the area within APAC region.
5- Responsible for plant Lean culture promotion and organize lean activities for improvement
6- Responsible to coordinate with SRE and service vendor to manage the plant facility
7- Ensuring compliance with all federal and state safety guidelines.
8- Enforcing Siemens policies and procedures.
Required:
1- Demonstrated IE experience
2- Demonstrates understandings and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management and disciplinary action.
3- Hands-on Lean experience
4- Demonstrated NPI experience
5- Knowledge of wind turbines blade manufacturing preferred but not required.
6- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7- Ability to lead and motivate Technical work groups / Teams.
8- Able to work in a International matrix organizational structure with minimal supervision.
9- Strong skills in English - verbal and written
