职位描述

Goals/Mission
- Ensure the successful qualification of new suppliers and overall control of production output at the new supplier launching phase

Working Partners/Contacts
- Regional towers functions, procurement, Engineering, Quality, Project Management/suppliers

Tasks
- Lead cross Function teams assigned to each of the assigned program. Ensure that these teams achieve customer and company requirements .
- Project management and implementation of new tower suppliers qualification and in case of non conformancies perform roots cause analysis and initiate corrective actions in cooperation with interface partners (e.g. QM, Engineering etc.)
- Perform Perform supplier audits for new supplier per demand of new projects. Inititate actions when deviations are detected. Control and monitor the action and report the progress to the management.
- Driving frequently supplier evalution (Siemens Evalution) and setup supplier workshops to identify improvemetns measures. Perform targets agreement with suppliers and monitor the implementation of defined measures.
- Support in identification of new ressources from raw materials to finished towers and support contract/prices neogotiation (e.g. information about claims, cost structure, productivity KPI etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by management

Education
- B.Sc. Mech. Eng / M.Sc.Mech.Eng + MBA

- 4-6 years experience in quality and project management fields, prefered PMP and automotive industry experience
