1. Daily customer shipping record maintenance;
2. Cargo track & trace, highlight risky deliveries at first time for all related party quick action and follow up to ensure on time delivery;
3. Customer system update, including shipping information and cargo status;
4. Hard copy POD collection;
5. Check customer documents (proforma invoice/packing list);
6. Monitor DHL Pre- alert correctness and timeliness;
7 Record all kinds of issues in daily operation, and follow up the corrective action;
8. Calculate T/T when finish a DN, OTD failure investigation, DHL performance monitoring.

1.At least two years related experience in the same industry.
2.College degree or above.
3.CET-4
Can work under pressure.
Aggressive and passionate.
Good communication skills
Good English and PC skills.
