Purpose for the Job

1: Build up our products range for China market

2: Competence to develop new products for Pulcra China.

3: Responsible for research new finishing trend of leather market .

4: Supporting marketing people by finishing technology

5: Fulfill customer demand by application together with sales

6: Solve technical problem for new production

7: Launch certain products for special demand from market

8: Transfer new technology and new products from our affiliate

Principal Accountabilities

1: Manage products range in China

2: Developing new products

3: Support marketing people by technology

4: Solve production problem

5: Transfer products from our affiliate

6: Working together with sales for all technical issue

7: Develop new fashion article for market with sales

8: Research new technology for finishing leather.

Requirement

1: Bachelor or above

2: More than eight years working experience in leather finishing and application

3: Good command of English

4: Leather finishing or equivalent background is preferred

5: Experience in construction paints 、coating areas are also available
