Job Responsibilities:
HR operation
1. Maintain and update HR filing system and electronic employee folders
2. Maintain and update team member leave summary. Ensure all leave is supported by legitimate medical documents
3. Support recruitment
- Assist to post advertisement
- Make phone calls to arrange interviews; notification of new joiners, welcome letter to new joiners, etc
4. Social insurance related:
- Shanghai residency application for non-Shanghai employees (Go to social insurance center)
- Prepare necessary information and documents for social insurance annual audit
5. Prepare monthly attendance report
6. Summarize monthly medical reimbursement application
7. Prepare certificate of annual income or dispatch letter for team members when necessary
8. Handle visa application for business trip from team members
9. Support company event / team member activities
EA to Head of Shanghai Office
1. Provide administrative support such as arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
2. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for Head
3. Others required by Head
Job requirements:
1. University degree
2. Around 3 years’ related working experience
3. Fluency in both written and spoken English
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
5. Background in retail or sourcing is preferable
