职位描述：
1. Help to set up a professional beauty advisor team, through the design and implement training programs to improve the brand image
2. Help build the service culture and quality, through the training and follow up the effectiveness of the strengthening customer experience;
3. Beauty advisor through classroom training to improve the knowledge and skills
4. According to the need of different types of stores and beauty advice, the effectiveness of the training scheme is put forward
5. Development promotion training courses

1. More than 3 years’ experience in cosmetics brand trainers
2. Professional makeup brand experience preferred
3. Professional training image and temperament
4. Good expression and communication ability
5. Can use English communication, and training
