工作职责;
1.负责搜索引擎到网站的自然流量，规划网站的SEO架构，提升网站在各个搜索引擎的排名；
2.从事网络营销研究、分析与服务工作，评估关键词、编写网页SEO元素优化方案并负责实施；
3.对网站和第三方网站进行流量、数据或服务交换，或战略合作联盟，增加网站的流量和知名度；
4.制定网站总体及阶段性推广计划，完成阶段性推广任务，负责网站注册用户数、pv、pr、访问量、品牌提升等综合指标；
5.配合各部门，特别是市场部门，对公司业务有渗透理解，为提升销售量负责；
6.结合网站数据分析，对优化策略进行调整。
岗位职责：
1.制定并组织实施公司网站及栏目的SEO优化方案，参与栏目结构规划；
2.评估、分析网站的关键词，提升网站关键词的搜索排名；
3.跟踪和分析引入的SEO流量以及相关关键词的排名，形成阶段性数据报告并提出后续优化方案；
4.负责对内容、构架及代码等进行优化，分析搜索引擎流量，有效支持运营产品发展；
5.同第三方网站进行流量、数据、反向链接或服务的交换，增加网站的流量和知名度；
6.对网站通过搜索引擎的流量，及转化率负关联责任；
7.制定网站SEO优化方案和分析；
8.负责外部SEO文章的采集、整理和发布；
9.根据执行情况制定关键字策略，对方案不断进行持续调优；
10.负责站外链接的创建和维护，负责网站内部优化工作的执行。
