职位描述：
岗位职责：
·负责对并购业务进行分析，研究市场和用户需求，提炼、改进或创新业务模式；
·负责相关产品业务规则的研究与细化，撰写需求说明，推动产品的设计与研发；
·根据产品业务诉求，完成业务建模或数据建模，结合自由技术能力，提出解决方案；
·从用户、竞争对手及产品本身出发，周期性提出产品分析报告和发展计划；
·负责与技术团队进行沟通，确保业务诉求与规划传达到位；
·组织规划产品的功能测试，确保需求功能按要求实现。

职位要求：
·本科以上学历，金融、数学、法律或计算机等相关专业，对需求、业务分析相关领域三年以上工作经验。
·对投资、并购有系统的学习与理解，或具备一级市场投资的基本知识基础；
·具备很强的业务分析、流程分析能力，丰富的IT应用技能和知识，能设计完善的业务系统或业务解决方案
·较强的项目组织、沟通协调能力，推动项目按计划执行。

Responsibilities:
· Analyze and make research of M & A business, M&A market and user needs. Refine, improve and innovate business models based on the analysis;
· Research and refine the business rules of the product, write PRDs, track and push the progress of product design and R&D;
· According to the business demands of product, complete business/data modeling, and give solutions based on the understanding of technologies;
· Think the positions of users'and competitors' and rethink the essence of products and write periodic product analysis reports and development plans;
· Communicate with technical teams to ensure that all business demands and planning are implemented correctly;
· Organize the functional testings to ensure all the functional requirements are implemented as required.

Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Mathematics, Law or Computer, and have more than three years working experience in business analysis and user analysis.
· Have a systematic learning and understanding of investment, mergers and acquisitions, at least have a basic knowledge for primary market;
· Strong ability in business analysis and process analysis, rich IT application skills and knowledge, can provide fully-designed system and business solutions
· Strong ability in project organization, communication and coordination, to track and push the progress of the project. 举报 分享
