职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. easyMarkets App Marketing
(1) Work closely with HQ and China Manager to develop overall easyMarkets App marketing strategies, promotion and relevant activities.
(2) Responsible for the online resource management, including public relationship, activities, website.
(3) Responsible for Mobile media and other suppliers’ management, including the selection, evaluation and improvement.

2. Social media management:
(1) Build a strong and active social presence, with increasing fan base size and engaging brand-user interaction.
(2) Social media strategy implementation (including daily content development or creative campaign support/User interaction etc.)
(3) Work with agency to work out monthly social media plan and implementation
Develop special campaign for consumer on BBS (including new product trial/racing car competition/car club activity etc.)
(4) Monthly report and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of social media
(5) Report on the trend of competitors and other successful cases

3. Copy Writing
(1) Marketing copy writing and translation

Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration. At least 5 years digital marketing experience ideally in app marketing and social media fields, Forex/Financial industry experience is an advantage. Agency experience is an advantage.
2. Proven user acquisition expert in the online and mobile space
3. Creative thinking, strategic perspective and unique marketing idea;
4. Capability on leadership, implementation, communication, crisis management, and pressure management;
5. Strong understanding of social media in relation to the broader media mix; understanding of the interplay between online/social media (and traditional media)
6. Ability to work independently, to self-prioritize work streams and to meet tight deadlines.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Mandarin.
8. Result driven, team work, strategy thinking, also attention details.
