We are looking for high-performing sales professional to help Poseidan events portfolio meet its ambitious revenue objectives. The role of Business Development Manager is to develop new business & manage long-standing existing clients through high volume outbound calls & face to face meetings. You will be responsible for approaching new vendors to sponsor the events that give them the opportunity to get in front of their target clientele during the events.

Main Responsibilities

Managing a full cycle sales process from leads generation, to onsite event delivery
管理整个销售流程,从潜在客户开发到活动现场交付
Manage your own sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

Identify potential customers from medias, competitive events and from other business sources
挖掘媒体、同类会议活动及其他信息来源中的潜在客户数据
Create in depth proposals that meet all the clients objectives

Visiting clients as required

Monitoring and evaluating all competitor activity

Obtain market feedback in a timely manner and tailor sales strategies to ensure sales success

Maintain close liaison with the marketing, production and operations teams in order to ensure the delivery of successful customer focused events

Ensure that all commercial and contractual agreements are in-line with agreed company policy and appropriately authorized

Building a new business prospect database of target clients

Liaise with sponsors and partners prior to event to understand key requirements and criteria of success
在活动开始前联络赞助商及合作伙伴,细致了解客户具体需求并进行相应安排
