Mission of Function
- Global product management responsibility for locally made Siemens X-Ray equipments with focus on Surgery mobile C-arm systems with a strong focus on Chinese market.
Contacts (internal /external)
- Internal:Product management at XP headquarter in Germany,project management,engineering,business administration,purchasing .This position requires a close interaction and alignment with the global X-Ray product management. External:Customers,Siemens sales organization in China and abroad

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
- Responsibility for market success of products
- Responsibility for products strategy and contribution to product protfolio planning
- Responsibility for product definition and requirement specification:Define product requierments based on market feedback and discussions with sales and engineering.
- Monitor market trends and competition for Surgery X-ray products in China
- Elaboration of business plans for products
- Preferrably PCB layout design experience Responsibility for product cost analysis and definition of a actions to increase product profitability(including pushing of design to cost activities and local sourcing)
- Specify system test before market release,plan and conduct clinical use test at customer site
- Responsibility to compile documents in responsibility of product mamt.,e.g.user manual& data sheet
- Support product-related marketing and sales activities
- Collect sales feedback and answer questions from the sales force
- Take care of VIP customers and clinical reference sites

- Soldering Understanding of customer requirements and market dirvers inChinese Surgery X-Ray market
- Derivation of product requirements from customer needs
- Elaboration of business plans,conducting of product cost analysis
- Clinical knowledge in the X-ray environment (e.g.radiography,fluoroscopy,mammography,mobile)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and business sense

Essential (today and in future)
Professional Variety of Business:
- Several years experience in product management and/or marketing,ideally in Chinese medical industry / with AX competitor
- Medical/clinical knowledge for X -ray product applications(e.g.Radiography,fluoroscopy,mammography,mobile D72-arms) desirable
- Knowledge of the Chinese X-ray market desirable
- Experience in working in virtual teams across different locations and countries
