职位描述：
Candidate profile: 
Young graduate - University Degree
Very dynamic, Confident personality
Very good spoken English and Chinese (French optional)
Highly flexible with working hours

Responsibilities:
- Tour booking using google mail, google calendar, wechat
- Tour dispatching to the Foreign and Chinese drivers, also assist with the organisation of the sidecars
- Tour options preparation
- Coordination with Tour suppliers and freelancers (Gopro editing, items for the Souvenir pack, etc...)
- Tour Calendar update
- Answer calls from the Customers Hotline Number
- Call customers at 7am in case of rain/bad weather and risk of tour cancelation
- Assist General Manager on special projects related to Shanghai tour Marketing
- Weekly reporting to Account Manager and General Manager


We offer:
Full time position (After a two months probation/trial period) 
9:00-6:00 Monday-Friday (answer urgent calls or emails on the weekend)
6000 RMB per month x 12
This job is an entry level position with the possibility to become Account Manager after one year
The office is conveniently located at Lao Xi Men Subway station.
