Goals/Mission
- The employee will be responsible for the current factory layout and capacity planning at all times, while developing opportunities for optimization to meet output requirements from management.
Dimensions
- Cross-functional cooperation in the organization, responsibility to develop the plant capacity on all levels through lay-out optimization,
Working Partners/Contacts
- The job role includes cross-functional cooperation within the Local organization. There will also be interfaces to the Global organization in Denmark to a certain degree.
Tasks
- Optimizing factory lay-out to meet output requirements within the factory limitations
- Developing new factory lay-out for future expansions and building acquirements
- Ensure the necessary lay-out capacity that meets management's output plan.
Knowledge/Technologies
- AutoCAD skills
- PowerPoint
- LEAN methods
- English
