Goals/Mission
- Assist the daily work of the QEHS team, arrange admin affaires, relevant QEHS information summary and analyze.
Dimensions
- Report to QEHS manager

Tasks
- Arrange QEHS meeting, draft MoM, and tranlate documents accordingly
- Internal and external contact, claim expens, make travel application, arrange business travel, and make arrangement for costomers if necessary.
- Make Certificates for blades
- Document control and Archiving
- Support work for equipment calibration
- Daily office work of QEHS: Order stationary, maintain office supply, answer/forward phone calls, scan/coopy/fax documents, to keep the office routine.
- Backup on NCR
- Support QEHS members by finished assigned work.
Knowledge/ Techniques
- Skill for MS offices
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Knowledge for QEHS management system is better
