职位描述：
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

To manage the purchasing database and administrative documentations, which can release purchasers from their routine job in order to concentrate in project management, sourcing, supplier management, negotiation and proposing creative ideas for increasing new projects from LVMH P&C.

To support purchasers to handle project follow up & business communication.

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责
- PO creation, getting validation and sending to the suppliers
- SAP parameters maintenance for packing material
- Delivery follow up
- Quality issue follow up
- Purchasing Tooling: To update all the tooling support & follow the statistics;
- Supplier contract:
        To have 1st contact check with suppliers for the basic queries;
        To scan and mail to the supplier when the contract signed
- Back-up for purchaser to follow up simple project
- To help for flight tickets and hotel reservation 举报 分享
