Main Responsibilities
岗位职责
? Execution of Ticket live inventories’ reconciliation for different categories of tickets and coupons between hard stock with system report of sales and redemption
审核各业务线下各种门票及优惠券的实体票券使用与系统销售、使用报表的一致性
? Daily complimentary park tickets issuance review between manual log with system
每日按照票务系统报表审核免费门票发放情况
? Check Ticket Sales Orders, Group and Events Orders, assign printing teller to print, verify, pack, return orders according to priority
每天处理团队订单，按优先顺序安排打票同事打印，审核，包装，邮寄，退票等工作
? Print and issue Club 33 cards and other relater pass according to requests
根据需要打印处理33俱乐部，申迪等年卡
? Maintain CLOTA users, including new users set up, lock users, change user privileges etc. (CLOTA is a platform for wholesalers)
进行CLOTA用户管理，包括新增用户，锁定用户，用户权限调整等
? Communication with LoBs, Revenue Management Team, Club 33, Youth Program Team, Meeting & Events Team and VRC Team etc.
完成与各个部门，收入定价部门，33俱乐部，青少年服务团队，会议活动团队以及VIP热线团队等沟通工作
? Ensure compliance to internal control policy and procedures at all times
确保任何时候都符合内部控制的准则和流程
? Maintain department key metrics
维护部门关键指标。

Required Qualifications
基本资格
? 1 year work experience or fresh graduate is welcome, Bachelor degree is required, major in Accounting or Finance is required
一年工作经验或者应届毕业生，会计或者财务专业的学士学位
? Ability to multi-task with accuracy and efficiency
