Mission of Function:
- Implement and improve IT applications (including SAP functions, standard software and customized software); SAP and IT applications support; Interface between internal users and external service providers

Contacts (internal / external):
- SEDS internal, SIS, IT of headquarters, Service providers

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
- Implement IT applications (SAP new modules, PDM, CRM, Barcode, SharePoint, etc.) according to IT roadmap by organizing and supporting users, vendors and headquarters
- IT applications maintenance and programming by using Visual Studio
- Daily support and application improvement after new SAP functions and IT applications go live
- Provide SAP and IT application trainings to end users
- Be the interface between headquarter support team and company's end users
- Be the backup for the IT hardware/client/server/network daily operation and other tasks assigned when need
