职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、组织制订、修订部门规章制度和作业程序，批准后监督执行。
2、接收生产计划，组织实施车间生产工作，确保生产进度；
3、建立现场管理制度，推进5S管理，实现生产车间标准化管理；
4、统计分析生产状况，制定有效措施，控制生产成本、提高生产效率；
5、负责产品技术质量，对车间内员工进行生产技术指导，保证产品质量；
6、负责车间设备的整体协调、管理工作；
7、协调与其他相关部门的关系、接受公司其它工作；

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，45岁以下，5年以上冲压或五金生产车间管理经验；
2、熟悉现代企业生产管理标准，能够配合公司推进精益生产；
3、有学习、组织、协调、沟通、创新和谈判能力，
4、具备团队意识，严谨、有责任心，具备健康的价值观和道德准则。 举报 分享
