Company:Alto-Shaam Asia is the Asia Pacific regional office for an industry leading US manufacturer of professional kitchen equipment.


Job Description:
? Responsible for initiating, growing and maintaining all sales activities in the region of Guangdong and South China to achieve the corporate sales targets and goals set forth.

? Establishing and maintaining long-term working relationships with various channels: Kitchen consultants / Equipment dealers /Hotel Management / Chain restaurants / Key accounts / End-users

? Negotiate with tenacity and proficiencysales and specificationagreements with channel partners and customers on current and future projects.

? Maintain an aggressive sales travel schedule (70%+ travel required) within the preset entertainment/expense budget.

? Manage customer expectations in the field and act as liaison between industry disciplines and Alto-Shaam interdepartmental managers; must be a loyal team player.

? Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

? Perform sales presentations and trainingsto channel partner sales and marketing teams on Alto-Shaam product line categories, technologies and related applications.

? Engages in strategic planning and marketplace development objectives by establishes sales objectives

? Regularly reports facts and data based marketplace activities and competitive intelligence to the GM





Skills/Requirements:
? Chinese National with good English skills (oral & written)
? Minimum 8-12 years of successful senior sales & marketing management experience (commercial kitchen equipment industry experience is a plus)
? Bachelors Degree in business or related field
? Creative problem thinker: ability to think outside the box &proactively
trouble-shoots around problems

? MUST be a dependable, cooperative strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills

? Proficiency in MS Office applications required



As the SouthChina Regional Sales Manager, you will be one of the premier ambassadorsfor ourCompany and products. You must be highly professional and ethical in all your interactions. Be talented at developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with all our channel partners and customers to expandmarket demand for our products. Have the ability to analyze current market trends to successfully assist the GM in forecasting and developing annual sales targets and goals for your region. You willwork closely with the rest of the company’s interdepartmental managers — technical specialists and application chefs as well as other regional sales managers— to satisfy potential and existing customer needs. You believe collaboration and communication is key and vital to the success of all parties involved. You must thrive in a fast paced multi-tasking environment, embracing and adapting to change. Have the ability to problem shoot creatively, prioritize assignments, and manage your time effectively. You take ownership for resolving evolving issues and communicating effectively to all parties involved. Always maintain a high degree of confidentiality, research options, follow through relentlessly and make decisions with minimal direction. You build trust by keeping to commitments.
