职位描述：
岗位名称：销售代表/销售专员

所在部门：销售部

岗位职责：
1、负责公寓的销售工作，为客户提供专业的公寓和办公楼的置业咨询服务；
2、负责了解客户需求，提供合适房源，进行商务谈判；
3、接待客户，陪同客户看房，促成交易；
4、负责客户跟进及公寓和办公楼租赁合同签约；
5、负责维护客户关系。

岗位要求：
1、专业不限，英文口语流畅；
2、最好有房地产销售从业经验；
3、具备优秀的沟通能力和谈判能力，熟练使用office 办公软件；
4、性格外向开朗，具备团队合作精神；
5、具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动。
