职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Recruiting
1)Building the recruiting channels
2)Sourcing and interviewing foreign teachers

2. Training
1) Conduct training to teachers on culture,
2) Demo skill training.
3) Collect and analyze the training feedback.
 
3. Employee Relationship management:
1) Communication between teachers and office staff;
2) Team building and social event planning;
3) Performance review to teachers.
 
4. Employer Branding:
1) Website Strategy & Development: Monitor, Develop, Update Online Material; Stimulate Signup & Daily Use;
2) Maintaining Social media Platforms, wechat, newsletter, Linkedin, facebook, twitter

QUALIFICATIONS：
1. Bachelor or above with advanced written and spoken English.
2. 1-2 years experience on foreign teachers training.
3. Experienced in online campaign planning and execution and familiar with popular media channels like microblog, wechat, linkedin, blog, sns and bbs and other social community and media
