职位描述：
-At least 15 years experience in the textile industry in China, Minimum 5 years of experience leading a textile office in China
-Strong technical background & product knowledge in knit/woven fashion items under high quality level, fabric constructions/development, washing etc.
in the respective product areas up to a level to be able to assess production comments/quality and make sound decisions on alternatives.
-Ability to calculate fabric consumption, making and other garment costs
-Good knowledge of garment quota and product costing.
-Able to negotiate and maintain rapport with vendors.
-Able to diagnose problems, consider in different perspectives and make objective decisions considering various alternatives.
-Able to anticipate, prioritize, delegate, monitor work activities.
-Able to be a good team leader.
-Donghua Textiles University, or similar level education
-Fluent oral and written English
- Smart, flexible, able to work under pressure, self-motivated with initiatives.
-Good PC skills
-Proven track record with min 3 references
