职位描述：
Primary Purpose:
Prepare resources as expended capacity for WWG international logistics function and Supply Chain merging project.

Scope/Dimensions:
？ Engage with internal and external customers on end to end logistics functions including freight bookings, vessel space planning, documentation management and expediting etc.;
？ Continuous Improvement tasks including initiating and implementing process improvement opportunities of Logistics operations;
？ Reporting and analysis;
？ Project lead/participation in multi-stage Supply Chain Merging project.
WWG Logistics operations:

？ Handle all Workwear Group export tasks for shipments ex China and SEA (South East Asia) to Australia, New Zealand, UAE etc. via Sea freight and Airfreight.
？ Process cargo booking requests from suppliers and conduct vessel space planning and balancing.
？ Make vessel booking with carrier and forwarder for CY, CFX and Air shipments.
？ Communicate daily with contracted carriers and freight forwarders on routine tasks, exceptions, and resolve issues.
？ Maintain trackers/reports in multiple internal logistics system and ensure high data integrity.
？ Work closely with all internal WIS departments to resolve any issues related to PO and escalate where appropriate.
？ Monitor forwarder’s KPI achievement and initiate/support improvement actions.
？ Handle all shipping documents from suppliers for cargo shipped from around the world into Australia, New Zealand and UAE etc. for customs clearance at destination.
？ Check reports and shipping documents to ensure documentation accuracy.
？ Work with suppliers and local forwarder/carrier to ensure accuracy of local charge payment.
？ Work closely with China and Australia based WIS teams regarding pricing discrepancy and/or other mismatches on shipping documents.
？ Provide process and system training to suppliers when required.
？ Maintain sustainable relationship with internal and external customers to ensure high service level.

WWG + BW Supply Chain Merging Project

？ Participate in all stages of Supply Chain Merging project.
？ Conduct research, information collection and information analysis and produce proposal to assist business decision.
？ Work closely with WWG Sourcing/Merchandising/Quality teams, WIS CDC/MCCDC operation teams and suppliers on change management, implementation plan and monitor progress and result of actions.
？ Identify process improvement opportunities and take lead on implementing changes, new processes to improve operation efficiencies.

？ Ensure safety standards meet WIS HSE requirement at all times on all sites and report/escalate issues to supervisor.
