GMO Manager Position Description

The middle-level management position Responsibility:

1. Be responsible for the main objectives and plans in its functional areas, formulating, guiding or assisting the upper level to implement relevant policies and systems; comprehensively investigating and collecting policies, regulations and information related to the enterprise; responsible for internal and external work coordination, information communication and feedback, and supervising the implementation and implementation of various matters, resolutions and systems.
2. Be responsible for the project docking, negotiation and communication of the company's external administration.
3. Assist the General Manager in the formulation of the company's internal management system, the collection, statistics and analysis of relevant business data.
4. Cooperate with the General Manager to deal with external public relations, arrange, organize, supervise, coordinate, promote and implement the assigned work.
5. Analyzes and extracts data from operations reports then summarizes and shares with related department.
6. Manage the administration team and daily administration task of the company.
7. Processes Email, telephone information and follows up promptly, and ensures responsible persons and departments be informed of the related working assignments.
8. Other works arranged by the General Manager

Requirement:

1. Over 3 years-experience on company management.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Administration management or Finance is preferred.
3. Good data collection and analyzing skills.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Be skillful in operating computer. Excellent written and spoken English.
6. Have rigorous logical thinking ability and comprehensive analysis and judgment ability, strong overall planning and coordination ability, strong summary and expression ability.

Expected Salary

15,000RMB to 25,000RMB depending on experience and performance
