职位描述：
1.建立和完善行政相关政策制度流程
Establish and improve the process of administrative.
2.负责行政费用的监督和管理
Responsible for the supervision and control of administrative expenses
3.负责公司行政事务管理，包括保安管理，食堂管理，班车管理及厂房设施等
Responsible for the administration of the company, including security management, canteen management, shuttle bus management and workshop facilities
4.负责行政人员的工作安排，监督和管理
Responsible for the arrangement, supervision and administration of the administrative personnel
5.负责工厂环境因素及危险识别，并制定相应的改善措施。
Responsible for plant environmental factors and hazard identification, and develop corresponding improvement measures
6.组织制定年度目标方案及定期跟踪。
Organize annual target plan and regular follow-up.
7.组织工厂环境安全工作的开展，并定期对工厂进行检查。
Organize the environment safety related of the factory and inspect the factory regularly.
8.负责事故调查与处理，并制定相应的改善措施。
Responsible for the investigation and handling of accidents and develop corresponding improvement measures
9.建立紧急响应机制，并定期进行演练。
Establish an emergency response mechanism and conduct regular drills.
10.负责员工健康安全管理。
Responsible for employee's health and safety management.
11.组织ISO14001体系内外部审核、管理评审。
Organize ISO14001 system related internal and external audit and management review.
12.为相关部门提供安全建议。
Provide safety advice to relevant departments.
13.上级交付的其他工作
Other tasks assigned by manager.
任职要求：
1.人力资源管理、行政管理，环境工程或相关专业大专以上学历。
Junior college and above, HRM, public administration, environment engineering or relevant discipline
2.了解EHS相关政策和制度
Have EHS policy and system related knowledge.
3.3年以上行政管理工作或EHS相关工作经验
At least 3 years-experience of administration management or EHS related.
4.能够独立组织行政工作。
Can independent arrange administration work
5.熟悉行政流程以及EHS相关法律法规
Familiar with admin process and EHS related laws and rules.
6.良好的人际交往能力。
