Responsibilities

1) Planning
· Prepare SOP monthly and plan master production schedules of 6 months
· Plan monthly production commitments including work-in-process to meet shipment dates
· Provide instructions and authorization to work shop before production can begin
2) Production process control
· Check and control changes and errors during production and make adjustment and corrective action immediately
· Reschedule operations to process rush orders or to meet customer needs
· Forecast possible delay in production and insure sound communications with production manager and PSM
3) Purchasing activities control
· Supervising PO status, ensure PO are well maintained and in-time delivery of material
· Control the inventory level to be in line with company target by right material planning
4) BAAN maintenance
· PRP Production Order
· MRP of Manufactured items
· Shop floor control
5) OTDP evaluation monthly and improvement actions
6) Other daily operations and assigned tasks from upper level management


Requirement:
1) University degree.1-2 above working experiences in material planning
2) Knowledge of materials management, supplier /customer material and information flows.
3) Strong customer orientation and sense of urgency to meet the schedules set for the Manufacturing Departments and for the Company's customers
4) Good communication skill, team work player
5) Good English both in writing and oral
6) Experience in ERP system(BAAN experience will be a plus
