职位描述：
Responsibility:

1.Automotive experienced production manager who has excellent quality mind and well understands customer requirement
2.Lead and manage Production Division and Personal management (Training, absenteeism and tardiness records)
3.Manage an effective organization for Production, Manufacturing engineer, and Quality control.
4.Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the customers.
5. Personal management (Training, absenteeism and tardiness records)
6.Manage the production line (Produce the car infotainment system, 5S)
7.Manage and improve the Production performance (Production result, Productivity, Quality Target, C/T, S/T, LOB, Cost, Loss, Inventory, and other production factors.)
8.Process innovation (Method, Technical, Tool/Machine, etc)
9. Failure analysis and take a countermeasure
10.Analyze and improve the production capacity.
11.Obtain and maintain certification. (IATF-16949, etc)
12.Documentation for production standard

Requirement:
1.10+ years working in automotive manufacturing environment,
2.at least 5 years in manufacturing supervisory experience include engineering and quality.
3. QSB/fast response management experience
4.Bachelor degree (4 years degree in University), major electric/electronics/industrial engineering.
5.Knowledge of AIAG Core-tool (APQP/CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
6.Knowledge of Car Infotainment system (ex; Car Audio, AVN)
7.Knowledge of customer specific requirement. (GM, Renault, VW)
8.Ability to communicate in English (Mandatory), Korean will be Preferred.
9.Strong interpersonal skills at the management level. (excellent verbal and written communication skill)
