职位描述：
Responsibility:

1.NPI Engineering on manufacturing process design & development for Car infotainment system (Car Audio, AVN), Lead and manage NPI (New Product/Production Introduction) with Head quarter.
2.Manufacturing engineering on IE (Industrial Engineering), TE (Test Engineering), PE (Process Engineering) and FAE (Failure Analysis Engineering).
3.Lead and manage NPI (New Product/Production Introduction) with Head quarter.
4.Documentation for production engineering standard (PFD: Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA: Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, CP:control plan, SWI: Standard Working Instruction)
5.Define & maintain plant/production layout, standard time, HC (Head Count), production output and tool/equipment/facilities.
6.Failure analysis for non-conformities and provide corrective & preventive action.
7.Lead and manage trouble shooting and improvement for test system.
8.Technical support for outsourcing partner (PCBA process related) and V customer (CAR Maker)
9.Technical support for customer (CAR Maker)

Requirement:

1.At least 5 years work experience of manufacturing engineering in automotive infotainment industry or in similar electronic manufacturing engineering.
2.Bachelor degree (4 years degree in University) or above in electronic engineering.
3.Knowledge of AIAG Core-tool (APQP/CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and Car Infotainment system (ex:Car Audio, AVN)
4.Knowledge of Car Infotainment system (ex; Car Audio, AVN) and engineering organization
5.Knowledge of process requirement of IATF16949 and CSR (Customer Specific Requirement - BORGWARD, GM, RENAULT) and engineering organization is PLUS
6.Knowledge of project planning for NPI
7.Knowledge of engineering organization
8.Ability to utilize MSO (Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, Visio) and engineering PC Program (Auto CAD, CATIA, OrCAD, Power PCB, CAM350)
9.Ability to utilize engineering PC Program (Auto CAD, CATIA, OrCAD, Power PCB, CAM350)
10.Ability to speak and write in English (English & Korean Preferred)
