职位描述：
? Create and Analyze Weekly/Monthly Reports. Timely distribution of assigned weekly and monthly reports distributed to various personnel with insightful review and analysis as required.
? Complete Month End Process. Play a significant role in the month end close process including accurate and efficient completion of required journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations and provide assistance in maintaining proper balance sheet reserve levels. Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and metrics such as EBITDA. Complete operating report package including all supporting schedules, including calculating bank covenant compliance on a monthly basis.
? Support the Successful Completion of Audits and Required Reporting. Assist in the completion of the annual independent audit of financial statements without adjustment. Prepare GAAP financial statements including a cash flow statement. Provide supporting schedules for footnote disclosures. Prepare and submit all government surveys by due dates. Update all procedures relating to government surveys. Write procedures for any surveys without them.
? Assist with Budgeting. Assist with the annual budgeting process, including working with various department heads to prepare plan financial statements and supporting schedules. Track all inter-company plan charges to make sure we properly eliminate at the consolidated level.
? Strong Team Player and Contributor. Able to work well with colleagues and produce results within a fast-paced and high pressure atmosphere. Combines strong attention to detail with and orientation towards results/execution.

REQUIREMENTS

? College’s Degree in Accounting.
? Minimum of three (3) years working experience in manufacturing field.
? Be able to make communication in English working environment.
? CPA, CMA, MBA or completed course work at the graduate school level preferred.
? Experience in a public accounting firm preferred.
? Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting methods.
? Experience with Microsoft Office products, the BaaN ERP system, and Crystal Report Writing software.
? Project management skills and tolerance for revising and redoing work based on changes in assumptions.
? Speed and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to review / audit own work and the work of others.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks while completing assigned workload on a timely basis.
? Ability to interact with people at all levels of responsibility.
