职位描述：
Technical Customer Service Engineer/ Food Service Board (FSB)
Main responsibilities:
 Drive the qualification process for the new products and be present at customer trials
 Conduct technical trainings and services to the related/potential customers
 Conduct regularly internal technical trainings
 Initiate competitors’ quality benchmarking regularly
 Conduct claim investigation, provide technical conclusion of customer claims and negotiate settlement of monetary claims
 Support production teams in corrective action planning and implementation
 Convey customer quality feedback to all relevant parties in operations

Required Qualifications:
 Minimum 2 years’ experience of technical customer service or board production
 Bachelor in printing, packaging or paper making is preferred
 Familiar with board converting
 Analytical and problem solving skills
 Proactive, self-motivated, team player
 Willingness to travel
 Fluent Mandarin both in verbal and written; good command of English 举报 分享

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
