Job description
To manage the Seafreight Import and Export Dept. located in Cambodia.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Build & Manage the seafreight operational team, operational performance and warehouse works.
- Delegation of work equally among the team
- RFQ and quotation
- Quarterly and yearly rolling forecast for sea freight
- Contribute in seafreight plan/ strategy development
- Performance Plan Review assessment to subordinators and staffs.
- Drive weekly/monthly seafreight meeting and contribute in monthly Branch meetings
- Quarterly review performance of each seafreight operational person
- Preparing monthly profitability reports to the Branch Manager.
    
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- 5-10 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and work in a fast moving, pressure environment.
- Experience and intelligence to deal with complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills and leadership skills with experience in managerial position
