Introduction

Our dedicated team of international professionals and Chinese experts work tirelessly in search of innovative new ways to delight our clients’ guests.
Responsibilities
The Show Manager is in charge of the following:
1. Lead the event content (MCs, performances, screens content, music, lighting effects, etc.) according to the event rundown agreed-upon with the client.
2. Develop & manage talents’ resources (MCs, models, musicians, dancers, acrobats,…): search and interview for new talents, booking, on-site management, post-event management (payment, etc.)
3. Outfits design, production and maintenance.
4. Drive client relationships, once projects have been handed-over to Operations.
5. Maximize client satisfaction by achieving projects goals within the agreed-upon schedule.
6. Deliver projects within the agreed-upon budget aiming at maximising gross margin.
7. Book celebrities.
8. Develop new performances from the creative, the talent sourcing, the performance development (rehearsal, etc…), then its commercial development (promotion, etc…)
Qualifications & abilities
1. Foreign *** with bachelor degree required.
2. At least a two-year work experience, preferably at an international agency.
3. At least a two-year experience in China required.
4. Fluent English and Chinese required (spoken and written).
5. An artistic background (dance, music…) is required.
6. Interest for fashion design is required.
7. Results-driven, determined & a great work ethic
8. Ability to work in a team.
9. Responsible, can be held accountable
10. Can be tough against adversity.
11. Great with details.
12. Honest.
13. Passionate about event management.
