Mission of Function:
- We need a senior/ mid supplier quality engineer focus on electrical parts, aim to monitor these electrical parts(transformer, capacitor, resistor, contactor, fuse,CT, cable, blower etc) suppliers quality and therefore due action plan follow up.

Dimensions of Function:
- Supplier quality management, Nonconforming cost casued by supplier control

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
- Regularly assess, monitor and review supplier's performance to drive supplier to improve continuously.Participate in supplier selection and improvement processes. Responsibilities include leading on-site audits, coordinating the evaluation of prototypes, and reviewing and approving supplier corrective actions.
- Lead product quality improvement efforts. This includes quality issue investigation(from field or in workshop), appropriate solution development, action implementation & follow up.
- Provide technical support for Assembly / Test / Inspection personnel. Typical duties include developing and executing workmanship improvements plans, developing inspection methods and criteria, specifying appropriate sampling plans, interpreting and revising specifications, conducting training on quality concepts and tools and processing non-conforming material.
- Implement FAI/PPAP for oPLM or parts localization
- SQM KPI monitoring & due action plan

- Techniques (Technologies/Methodologies/Professional Knowledge)
- Methodologies:Sound knowledge with ISO 9001, ISO14001, OSHAS18001, TS16949/VDA6.3
- Methodologies:Sound quality control tools such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, PPAP
- Methodologies:Knowledge of QFD, DOE, DFSS, MSA
- Technologies:Knowledge of electrical drive system
- Profess. Knowl.:knowledge of project management

- Professional Variety of Business:7+ years experience in electrical manufactuirng industry, drive manufacturing sector is appreciated
