职位描述:
一.工作综述(General description)
Relying on experience and judgment as well as pre-established procedure and instructions to identify, analysis research and resolve technical problems presented through Level I, II and III (when possible)
Work closely with various Brady Shared Services team to ensure timely and effective incident resolutions are delivered.
Maintain regular monitoring and carry out pro-active actions to ensure Brady’s APAC sites (excluding Bangalore) are always operational.
Provide insights and work hand in hand with the Global IT Helpdesk team to ensure that all Helpdesk strategies, initiatives and improvement are able to be executed at the highest level.
Perform various IT Network and System administrative tasks assigned.
Provide or assist on-site support at local residing site if necessary.

二.工作职责(Responsibilities)
1 Ability to identify hardware problems and determine the most efficient & cost effective way to resolve using systematic troubleshooting approach, technical documentation, and maintenance procedures.
2 Report all recurring problems that aren't being resolved effectively to appropriate network engineer to initiate prevention procedures & update documentation accordingly.
3 Maintain awareness of related IT programs and projects to ensure that common goals and objectives are met.
4 Escalates problems &/or issues to the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or department manager, as appropriate.
5 Meets all service performance operational goals as defined by the department for
- Number of tickets processed daily
- Response time via phone and email, on-site visit, callbacks, escalations, etc.

- Maintains & protects company assets the proactive planning, reporting and
execution of infrastructure growth for Asia Pacific sites.
6 Consistently uses and promotes IT standards including security standards
7 Pro-actively follows-up and addresses recurring system problems to improve and support system integrity.
8 Support/maintenance APAC client protection system
9 Assign L2 support to define project scope and objectives, along with the applicable detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans for APAC
10 Work independently with APAC users to understand requirements and design and estimate solutions.

三.所需资格条件(Qualifications)
1 At least 2 to 3 years previous work experience with user support, network and system environment.
2 Good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
3 Strong troubleshooting and problem analytical skills
4 Ability and desire to provide excellent customer-service to Brady users.
5 Requires excellent oral and written communications skills, initiative and assertiveness
6 Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
7 Able to train groups of staff or customer users.
8 Self-motivated, detail oriented and good inter-personal skills.
9 Good level of written and spoken English and Chinese appropriate to the context and audience.
