Main Responsibilities 岗位职责:
Sales Assistant 销售助理
1. Responsible for collecting the project inventory and working report for sales team, and help them establish project files; collect and place all the project-related information and filing, including related sales agreements, registered projects and projects that distributors registered, distributor authorizations and distributor agreements;
负责收集销售团队的项目清单,工作报告,帮助销售团队建立项目档案,项目所有相关资料整理归档(包括相关的销售协议、统计报备项目清单,经销商的项目报备,授权清单,经销商项目授权和经销商协议等存档管理);
2. Prepare relevant tender documents under the guidance of product managers and sales managers;
在产品经理和销售经理的指导下完成相关招标文件的整理和准备工作;
3. Responsible for preparing the contracts, orders and delivery orders; monitoring the process of goods delivery, till the clients receive the goods, 帮助销售团队准备合同,订货单,发货单等,帮助销售团队监控最终发货过程,直到客户收到货物为止;
4. Update inventory weekly, send to Sales Managers and copy to GM;
每周更新库存数据并发送销售经理, 抄送总经理
5. Prepare and send documents (warranty, certification of approval, test report, project registration, company license) to customer and confirm with customer about Fapiao information.
准备并邮寄发货后的资料(质保函、合格证、检测报告、企业三证、经销商证书、备案证等); 与客户沟通,确认客户的开票信息。
6. Provide monthly sales statistics to financial team;
统计每月的实际销售情况并与财务对接;
7. Manage the product certificates and inform SM/PM to renew two months before expiration date;
管理检测报告及备案证原件,在文件到期前2个月通知销售经理;
8. Responsible for collecting the promotion information, samples and the products models from Marketing
负责销售团队资料、样品、模型等管理和统计准备工作;
9. Support sales team with paper works when they are following sales projects, such as: filling out seminar applications and drawing information forms. etc.
协助销售团队准备在跟踪落实项目过程中有关助理的各类文字性工作;
例如:制作研讨会申请表、上图表等。
10. Record monthly actual sales, collect seminar reports and drawing information from the sales team and send to related sales managers and copy to GM monthly;
统计每月的实际销售情况,收集研讨会报告、上图备案,按月度发送给相关销售经理,并抄送给总经理。
11. Assist sales team in reporting, travel organization and customer management;
协助销售团队进行工作汇报, 差旅组织以及客户管理;
12. Contact periodically distributors to check and meet their needs;
13. Being continues in contact with sales team to monitor travel operation
定期联系经销商以便更好满足他们的需求;
Marketing Assistant市场助理
1. Assist manager in the implementation of various marketing plans and creating marketing tools, such as brochures, color pages and flyer design; arrange the manager to attend relevant events and activities; according to the requirements of the sales department to make corresponding marketing tools and organize marketing events;
协助各项市场营销计划的执行和协助经理负责制订公司的宣传工具,例如宣传册、彩页及宣传单的设计和制作;安排经理参加相应的会议和活动,并根据销售部的需求制作相应的市场工具和市场宣传活动;
2. Assist manager to analysis the market trend, analyze data and marketing strategies;
协助经理分析市场走向,分析数据及市场策略;
3. Produce the product samples and make relevant budget control ;
产品样品以及产品模型的管理,制作和切割, 及预算控制;
4. organize marketing events such as exhibitions, distributor annual meeting and etc.,
负责各种展览活动、会议、经销商会议的组织和实施。
5. Assist manager to develop and maintain good relationship with various industry associations;
帮助经理保持与各个行业协会的关系和良好的沟通和发展;
6. Assist manager to develop and manage marketing vendors (such as exhibitions, on line promotion channels, printing, etc.,)
协助经理开发和管理市场营销供应商(含展会供应商,在线推广渠道,资料制作,印刷等)及相关工作;
7. Assist to propose Marketing cost plan and purchasing;
协助管控市场部的预算及进行相关的采购工作。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成上级交给的其他工作。
Qualification 任职资格:
1. Major in business English, International Trade, or related subjects, bachelor degree or above;
大专及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语类专业;
2. With a strong sense of responsibility, excellent language skills and communication skills;
具备较强的工作责任心,出色的语言表达能力与沟通协调能力;
3. Good at utilizing office software and English, with financial knowledge is a plus;
英语及计算机运用熟练,有一定财务知识者优先考虑;
4. Can work under pressure, good team spirit and interpersonal skills.
能承当工作压力,良好的团队精神及人际关系。
