Department: Organization and Information department

Responsibilities:
- Lead OI department for company's Software system developing, managing and maintaining ;
- Check and Ensure Information, computer and network security and build up related system;
- Set up company IT rules & regulations and regular review with the status;
- Work out IT disaster plan and business contingency;
- Define Roadmap of IT, and make budget and forecast accordingly;
- Hardware and software assets management;
- IT Cost Control and report;
- Network administrator.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above major in computer;
- At Least 5 years experience in Network Administrator and Database Programming;
- At least 3 years experience in IT project management;
- At least 3 years experience in leading IT department in international company;
- Coaching skills, learning skills;
- Commanded English;
- English C.V is preferred.
